The rigid construction of the Explorer Max with the inclusion of anti-backlash nuts and Z-axis sensor ensures class leading printing prescision. resulting in a buttry smooth surface finish.

The large build volume of the Explorer Max enables multiple objects to be printed an once, significantly reducing build times.
Each layer of the print is generated by Direct Light Projection (DLP) of UV light which is masked by a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD). The print time for each layer remains constant throughout the build regardless of the number of models, size or complexity.
Print at speeds of up to 15mm per hour at 0.1mm layer resolution and 8mm per hour at 0.05mm layer height using standard Flashforge resin.

All available resins that can be cured by light with 455nm wavelength are supported.
Auto Resin Level Sensor
The Explorer Max includes sealed removable reservoir of resin. A sensor constantly monitors the level of resin within the build tray throughout the print cycle. A precise amount of resin is automatically pumped into the build tray ensuring ideal print conditions. Thus improving repeatability whist avoiding incomplete builds, spillage and minimising waist.
